Subhash Challa

Founder & CEO

Subhash founded SenSen Networks in 2007 as a spin-off from the University of Technology Sydney where he was Professor of Computer Systems. Subhash is a world-leading authority in data science specializing in the analysis of video and sensor data with a focus on solving everyday business problems.

Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, Subhash was a visiting scholar at Harvard University (1997) and Tan-Chin Tau fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore (2003). Between 2007-2011, he was a Professor at National ICT Australia, University of Melbourne and the author of the reference text "Fundamentals of Object Tracking" published by Cambridge University Press.

Subhash left his successful career in academia to join SenSen full- time as CEO in January 2012. He has lead the development of the company's Video-IoT platform SenDISA and pioneered applications to in diverse market segments. Under his leadership, the company has grown to 30 engineers and marketing/sales executives with customers in overseas markets including Singapore, India, Europe, UAE and Canada.



Surendra Sanka

Vice-President, Operations & Finance

A founding member of the SenSen team, Surendra has 20+ years of management and leadership experience with global IT consulting services, technology product start-ups and public-sector organizations (oil & gas) in Australia and India.

Surendra is heavily involved in many operational areas including pre-sales, tenders and contracts management, performance analysis and financial reporting.

He is a graduate of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India, with advanced training from Project Management Institute, USA.



Amanda Green

Director Sales & Marketing ⚊ Casinos & Gaming

Amanda is a globally experienced gaming industry executive leading SenSen's push into the casino market.

Prior to joining SenSen, Amanda was Regional Director for Australia and New- Zealand for - TCS John Huxley. Previously she was Director, Games Product Management and Performance for leading US company Bally Technologies based in Macau, and General Manager of Voyager Gaming Technologies.

In each of these roles Amanda has led technological innovations to improve product offerings and solve complex business challenges.

Amanda has worked in Australia, NZ, Asia and Europe and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Queensland with a high distinction in Strategic Management.



Madan Kumar

Director, Head of the Operations - (India)

Madan has more than 10 years' experience working with video based products and solutions. He is development manager of the SenDISA platform and delivery support for customers across the world.

Before joining SenSen, Madan was a founding engineer of i2V Systems (Gurgaon, India) where he delivered enterprise level video management software and worked in various roles including technical leadership, business strategy and delivery support. Before starting i2V Systems, Madan worked with VVDN technologies (Gurgaon, India) on video surveillance software and video analytics.

Madan started his career with Kritikal SecureScan (Noida, India) as software development engineer and worked on VehiScan, a product based on automatic number plate recognition for Indian number plates.

Madan is a graduate of IIIT Allahabad in Information Technology.
